Jennifer L. Gray
Award-Winning Litigator & Certified Mediator
Jennifer Gray has practiced law since 2003 and provides legal counsel and representation in the areas of family law, personal injury, as well as general and estate litigation. Jennifer also manages a variety of corporations and provides counsel in business disputes. Raised in the Fraser Valley, Jennifer completed a Criminal Justice degree at the University of the Fraser Valley in 1997 and earned her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2002.
Jennifer is the recipient of the 2023 Women in Law award for Canada's Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer of the Year. Her work is informed by a long-standing focus on conflict dynamics, including academic recognition for her studies on violence among families and youth, and advanced training in resolving high-conflict disputes in the family law context.
As part of her dispute-resolution toolkit, Jennifer is also an accredited Civil and Family Mediator (certified and practising since 2021) and has participated in countless mediations throughout her legal career. When appropriate, she assists clients in resolving matters efficiently through negotiation or mediation—bringing a calm, practical approach—while remaining prepared to advocate firmly through litigation when required.

With over 25 years experience Nicole uses her extensive paralegal knowledge, expertly managing files, legal research, and document drafting to ensure accurate, timely support for lawyers and clients. With leadership in operations, supervising an amazing team of paralegals and support staff, coordinating case logistics, and maintaining quality across the office.
